Delete Detailed Planting

Introductory Summary
 
The Delete Planting tools allow users to quickly remove planting from a Revit model when design changes or revisions are required. Whether deleting individual plants, linear planting, area planting or groups of planting elements, these tools help maintain accurate model content, schedules and specifications by ensuring redundant or unwanted planting data is removed efficiently and consistently.

Command

Delete Planting is available from the Planting panel. Note that Delete is also available for Concept Planting .

Purpose

To delete all visible and non-visible planting elements in the model for components placed as individual specimens, linear items (hedges, avenues), areas (beds, woodlands).

Usage

Pick Delete and select singular, linear or area planting from the model. Note that the Delete command remains active until the Escape (Esc) key is selected.
