Palettes that have been deleted are no longer displayed in the standard list of palettes but have not been permanently deleted.
Pick Toggle display of deleted palettes from the Select action menu on the Manage Palettes page...
A list of deleted palettes is displayed...
Pick OK to create the new palette that appears in the Palettes list.
