Planting is grown using the Age Planting routines using parametric modelling to size a plant, hedge or planting area by the ultimate height/spread and years to maturity (years to achieve ultimate height/spread). Picking Edit Planting displayes a slider bar with the current 'model age' indicated and a definable range between the age at the time of planting through to the maximum number of years to maturity for any plants in the current model.
Use the slider bar to define the age of the selected planting as required.
Note that all planting in the model can be aged using the By Planting By Year option from Age Planting .
