Run Import Planting Schedules from the Other Utilities panel to load default Planting Schedules.

From the Schedules/Quantities area in the Project Browser, select Artisan - Planting Existing Trees

Edit Fields, Filter, Sorting/Grouping, Formatting and Appearance as required.
