Existing Trees are placed in the model manually after adding Existing Tree Placeholders and defining details under Add Properties to Placeholders .
Place Trees individually, by selection or en-masse after determining Placement Options for Existing Tree family components.
After selecting
preferred Placement Options (2D/3D, Colour Fill, Tag, Leader), pick Place
Selected Tree(s). In the example below, only M1 has been selected and placed.
When Existing Trees have been placed in the model, the associated exclamation
symbol (!) is replaced by a tick
(P).
Note that if placing multiple /all existing tree instances (i.e. multiple/all existing trees have been selected prior to picking Place Selected Trees), users are propmted to select placement points for each individual tree in turn...
