Feature Enhancements

• AutoCAD 2025 - Following Autodesk decision to move AutoCAD 2025 to a .Net 10.0 build, the Artisan AC plugin has been updated to support this. Artisan AC for 2025 will now need a minimum AutoCAD 2025 build of 2025.1.4. Artisan will no longer be able to read in existing planting labels on earlier AutoCAD 2025 builds.

Bug Fixes

• Import of Legacy Data - Following the migration to .Net10, legacy drawings opened in 2026.1.2 and newer (includes 2027) would fail to import labels for linear and singular planting. Now corrected.

• Plant Density - You can now input plant Density via the Plant Edit dialog as an alternative option to Centres. The two properties are linked so entering a value in one will auto adjust the other.
• Label Headers - Labels can now contain a header that can be built using the same annotation syntax as the previous label. See help file for more details.

• Plant Browser - Using the plant browser to edit plant properties may fail in certain conditions. Now corrected.

• Percentage Coverage option - A coverage option has been added to the edit label dialog allowing you to specify a % coverage for the selected area or linear plant.
• Filter Labels - Minor amendments to the filter options in the edit label dialog. Now contains a filter that only shows plants that are placed as single species (ie, not part of mix).
• Filter Labels - If a mix is selected you now get an additional list on the right hand side that will list all plants that are part of that mix. Clicking on those respective plants will show the plant properties in the rest of the edit label dialog.
